Work begins only after mutual agreement and initial payment or deposit.
Each project is scoped in detail to ensure clarity for both parties.
A dedicated point of contact will be assigned for streamlined communication.
2. Communication
All communication will be handled via email, project management tools, or video calls as needed.
We provide regular progress updates and ensure that client feedback is incorporated at every stage.
3. Revisions
Each package comes with a set number of revisions. Additional changes may be billed separately.
Revisions are accepted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Timelines & Deadlines
We respect project deadlines and deliver work in the agreed timeframe.
If any delays are expected due to scope changes or unforeseen issues, clients will be notified promptly.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Projects are divided into milestones, with payments due upon the completion of each milestone.
Full payment is required before final delivery of files or access credentials.
6. Confidentiality
We respect our client’s confidentiality and never disclose project details or data to third parties without written permission.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, relevant content, and access to necessary resources.
Delays in communication or approvals may affect the overall timeline.
8. Post-Delivery Support
Basic support is available for 7–14 days post-delivery (depending on the project).
Ongoing maintenance or retainer services can be arranged separately.
